Can't Add Talk Booster

Hi. I'm trying to add a Talk Booster 500, but keep getting a message saying, "One or more selected features could not be added to your account." I currently have a $15 Unlimited messaging base plan with a 1GB data booster. I purchased it through a third party: mrsimcard.com

Hi Dave,

Did you top up your account first so that you have enough funds to add the booster? It's not very intuitive so that is why I think you are having difficulties :)

Hmm. New problem. So when I try to enter credit card info, I see the following: "Only a credit/Visa Debit card registered to a Canadian address can be registered to your account. International credit cards are not accepted." I live in the United States. How do I pay?

What made you buy koodo's service if you live in the states? Do you travel here and it was a better option then going with your local cellphone company? Just curious. :-)

If you're in Canada or when you get to Canada, you'll have to present yourself at one of the following locations: http://koo.do/1vkeLyW, in order to purchase your voucher & booster in cash ( except the Koodo store credit card only).
