Can't Add Prepaid Data Booster to My Plan

Prepaid Plan with Automatic TopUps

I have a Prepaid Koodoo Plan I activated a few months ago.  I've used about two-thirds of the data in my 1GB Booster and want to add another 1GB Booster to my plan so I don't run out of data someday soon.

When I go to the Booster section of the Prepaid website, it will let me add 100MB or 500MB Data Boosters, but not a 1GB Data Booster.   Why?  I've noticed the same situation with my Talk Booster.  I have a partially used 500 minute Booster, but can't add a second one - just the smaller sizes.

Do I have to wait for the first 1GB Booster to be used up before I can add another?  Frankly, that is stupid.  If my data runs out while I'm on the road, I won't have data to be able to connect to Koodo's website to buy a Booster.  I'd like to prevent this, but have no interest in wasting money on the smaller Booster Packs.

Please clarify Koodoo.

It might be bug on the site. You should be able to add another booster before you used up current one. You can try clearing browsing data. cached and try again.
If it doesn't work, call Koodo *611 from your Koodo phone and they can add the Booster for you. 
Don't forget tell them you can't add another 1GB Booster( it doesn't show up on your self serve) and something is not working right(talk booster).  They will help to fix it and they shouldn't charge for that.

I do believe you need to top up the cash value of the booster first. Could be wrong.

Not the cash value issue.  Have a $31.00 credit on my account - enough to buy either of the largest boosters.

I'll give Koodo *611 a call.  The 1GB Booster shows on the left hand box on the Booster page, but when I select it, the arrow pointing to the right to move the selection to the "Selected Boosters" box on the right side of the page "greys out" and can't be used.  Same for the 500 minute talk Booster.  All the other Boosters can be selected and moved to the right hand "Selected Boosters" box.  Weird.

I called *611 and was able to successfully add the 1Gb data booster using the automated prompts tonight. No customer service rep available at this time (10:35 PM). I'll call a rep tomorrow to mention the difficulty with the Web interface - same issue on 3 devices - Chrome on my tablet, Chrome and Edge on PC.

The web interface is confusing. If you already have a booster of the same type and size that you want to buy, you have to click "Add More" instead of clicking the arrow.
