Can't add on US long distance at this time. Why?

I have an LG phone on a tab with Koodo. Have the 300 min plan + for $30/month. I want to add on the US long distance $10/month and it won't it let me 'at this time.' Why not?

Try clearing your browser's cache,history and try again.

Or can you try it through self serve app?

If it still doesn't work, dial *611 from your Koodo phone and option 6 for tech support.
Tell them you tried it through self serve, but system didn't let you add it.
(And mention them what message you got)
They will help you.

Call Koodo again, *611 and explain your situation (what you have done to add this add-on),

No. None worked. I will go to a Koodo kiosk fro help.
