Can't add booster add-on and issues with top up account

I wasn't able to get more data booster add on although I do have enough balance in my Komodo account. Each time I pressed the confirmation button in the pop up window, it would bring me to the previous page with all different booster add on options. I tried that on my iPhone, iPad and Mac, the same issue persisted. Besides, the regular approach to top up account doesn't seem to work, I was only able to top up account through "purchase booster with top up account" channel. Thanks
