Can't activate sim

So I got a sim card with the phone I ordered online from Koodo but when I go to change my phone option under my account it keeps saying the system is being update, it's been like that for the past few days. Can someone help?

Tried in Chrome, IE and Firefox, browser cache is cleared as are cookies. Same message "We're currently making system upgrades."

It's been like this since Tuesday.
If you need to upgrade your phone/sim, you'll need to call Koodo.(*611 from your current Koodo phone)
Tell them you tried do it through self serve but system is still under upgrades and couldn't make change. They will help you.
