Cant Activate Phone

just bought a phone online and when I inserted the sim into my phone there's no signal. I can't also register to my self serve if I don't know my koodo phone number.

EDIT: I haven't activated my phone yet because I can't and I don't know how to.
EDIT 2: I bought the phone online.
EDIT 3: When I tried to register for self serve. I need to have my mobile phone number, but koodo didn't even give me my phone number. I'm so confused.

Hi Matthew,

Have you received an activation email from Koodo? If you haven't received the activation email and you tried to create the selfserve account, that would happen.


I would suggest you contact Koodo directly and get the account activate (if it haven't). Contact them through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) will avoid the wait on phones.
