cant access voicemail

When I call my voicemail and try to put in a password it says invalid password I've tried resetting it, still not working.

If you forgot the voicemail password, you could reset it in your selfserve.

If you have tried to reset the password but for some reasons it didn't work, you might have to contact Koodo directly for help. I would suggest you send messages to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone.

When you are in self serve click on mobile services.Then look for voicemail and click reset password. Then on the next screen click on reset password. Your password will then be your mobile phone number. Then you can call your voicemail and change your password by following the prompts. If you have already gone through this then follow what Dinh said as far as contacting Koodo.
