Can't access site

I am a prepaid customer and I cannot get into your prepaid customer account, it keeps coming up that it is not a secure site and someone may be trying to steal my info???

It's happening for me too right now, but we most likely shouldn't worry about it. It's happening on Koodo's server side, because one of their certificates for the website (certificates are issued by a third-party which deems that the page is legitimate) is apparently for the wrong domain. This means that the certificate says that another page which is not the prepaid website is valid, but doesn't say anything about the prepaid website. Most likely a configuration error which is going to be quickly fixed. This is what Google Chrome had to say about it:

This server could not prove that it is prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com; its security certificate is from incapsula.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

It will then ask you if you still want to proceed or not. I clicked proceed, and nothing bad happened. It simply just loaded the website.

However, in the very slim chance that the website was hacked, I'd still enter my account details to check my usage and stuff- just don't enter any credit card information or personal info.
