Can't access promotional plan 10 for 70

I received one of the text messages regarding the Koodo promotional rate 10GB for $70 (in New Brunswick). I try to click the link, or go through my laptop but I cannot figure out how to upgrade my phone and add the rate plan. I only see the standard rates to chose from.

Have you tried to log into your selfserve with the email and upgrade from there? I believe you need to log in first, before clicking on the link.

I didn't receive an email, I received a text message. I tried clicking it, and logging in on my laptop and on my phone. I also tried logging in first, and then clicking the link. Neither made any difference.

Click on the link in the text and log in to self serve. You should see a star at the top of the page mentioning the deal. Click on it and then select the phone you would like to purchase. It will then ask you to select a plan. All the plans show up but if you scroll the 10GB plan for $70 should be there with a star beside it. 

If it doesnt then there is a problem. You have already contacted them but they say nothing was offered to you which doesnt sound right. Ask them why you received the text then.

I did. They say they have no record of the promotion or text on their end for our account and that's that. The screen shot text message hasn't apparently been convincing.

When you click on the text and log in do you see the yellow star at the top right of the page? It will be just left of the magnifying glass(search) and your cart.

If it isnt there I really dont know what else to suggest if they say they have no record of it.
