Can't access prepaid website

When I log in I keep getting a generic error message. I called support and they said there was a problem with the website but offered no solution. If I manually change the url I can see the menu for my plan but the fields aren't populated with my account information, they're blank. Tried today and still not working! Very frustrating! Will this be fixed soon?
