Can't access koodo account

This is what i get after registering on self serve:

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

There is no other email address.

Please advice

You will need to contact Koodo to fix this.

Registering for a self serve account needs to be done through the email that Koodo sends you otherwise you get this error.

@Vlad, did you just recently switch from Public? Does your Koodo SIM work and you can use the phone? Is it just the online account you can't access?

Hello Bernard,. I didn't get to the point where i can register my sim. So I'm not yet on Koodo

The sim card should already be activated when you receive it. Have you tried putting it in your phone to see if it works?
