First off, make sure that you did not accidentally add theyre numbers to your reject list on your phone.

Second, if you have not turned off your phone in a while, please do so, a phone needs a reboot once in a while.

Thirdly if it still doesnt work, call Customer Care to add the Pay Per Use LD option as it is possible that it is not on your account. This is a free feature.

Hi Suzanne,

Turn your phone off. If you can remove the battery do that and remove the SIM card from the phone. Leave it sit for a few minutes and reassemble the device. Try to get your mother to call you again and see if you are able to receive the call.

If you are unable to receive the call, check your signal strength, are you at full bars or just 1 or 2? What about your mother (unless it is a home phone)? Especially for international calls, if both of you don't have enough signal the call will just get lost.

Also, make sure you are running the latest version of your phone's software.

Let us know if you are still experiencing issues!

May be a problem on the caller's end: many US carriers don't automatically include long-distance capability outside of the 48 states.

Your phone should not be involved in any long distance plans or charges at all as long as you are receiving the calls only.
