Cannot sign onto self-serve and need my account number.

I forgot my account information for Koodo. How do I retrieve this lost information? I cannot sign onto self-serve but need to so I can see my e-bill and account number.

We are just volunteers in this community and we don't have access to your account. However if you call Koodo (*611, they're probably closed now so try tomorrow), they'll get you in in no time :)

Hi May, do you have your customer service agreement handy?  You can locate your account number on the first page of this document, located below the date on the upper left corner of the doc.  Hope this helps!
