cannot log into koodo mobile app.

Hi, I just called into loosing phone support. a gentleman helped me set my correct email to my koodo online account, and he also sent me an email to reset my password. I changed my password just fine in the browser on my phone via the link you sent me to my email. but i then try to log into my koodo mobile app and still cannot get in. I keep getting the same error message saying We're unable to process your request, please try again later. Over and over, and I definitely am putting in my correct email and correct password... I need to get into this loosing mobile app ASAP to check by data usage. I'm just really frustrated and confused, because I can log in just fine via your website through the browser on my phone, But when I try to log in through my koodo app I keep getting "unable to process your request please try again later..." And I cannot find anywhere through the koodo website in my browser anything personal about my phone like data usage and air time usage ect. Which is why ain't need to log in through the koodo mobile app. Please email me asap with any help, tips or info you can to get mg koodo mobile app working properly. Thank-you for your time.

Hey Jeffery, there might be an issue on our end with the log in authentication, but I haven't received any confirmation yet. I've sent off your issue so I'm hoping to hear back if there's any issue on our end.

How do i reset my password in the koodo app? I know I have been putting in the right password and this is driving me nuts!! I just want to reset my password and see if that works but it won't tell me how

You have to do it through self serve account first.
Log into self serve > My profile > Change your password.
Then you can use new password on the Koodo app.

App works fine for me, so there is no problem from what I can tell.

If Self serve App gets frozen or crashing close it out completely and open it again, if still same authentication issue Uninstall it and re-install it. If nothing works it could be same issue as in this post http://community.koodomobile.com/kood...

I have tried to uninstall the app and close it over and over again, i get the same issue

I have the same issue (Error We're unable to process your request. Please try again later.)

I have been trying again later.... for a month now. Still nothing and i just changed my email and password today to make SURE it wasn't that, but still the same error message.
I'm ready to cancel my koodo and I've only had it a month. All because I cannot get into my self serve. I've been trying for a month. I am also older so some things are harder for me to understand. But there is no support number that I can call and talk to someone.
I think that is what frustrates me more than anything.

You can reach Koodo as described in the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of each page. The folks there will help you out. Pressing 0 at each prompt will take you to an operator, as will working your way through the options beyond 4 or 7 if I recall.
