Cannot send email to sms from a particular domain

I am able to send an email to 250682xxxx@msg.koodomobile.com from my work email account xxxx@idealever.com but not from my other work account xxxx@idealever.solutions - the latter does not bounce back, it just vanishes.  Is idealever.solutions on some kind of blacklist? It's hosted at OpenSRS.

This is also the case for a work colleague on the Telus network. He can receive email to sms from idealever.com but not from idealever.solutions

There have been a number of issues, not only at Koodo, about some of the new domains recently created. My guess is the  xxxx@idealever.solutions has not been whitelisted (rather than have been blacklisted), and is not recognized as a valid email address form. Of curiosity, what happens if you send to  250682xxxx@msg.telus.com instead?
