Cannot see anything in Self Serve

I can log into Self Serve, but when I log in, I cannot see anything other than the overview.

When I tried to reach usage, tab, mobile service, or profile, what I got is the blank page with blue background with a yellow box in the middle (image attached).

Can anyone help me with this issue? I tried Edge, Chrome, and Safari.

@Junha, you had a deactivated account from December. Your new line is not set up for self serve. Can you pls try to register with your new account number?
