cannot request for unlocking iphone on selfserve

Hi there,

I'm using selfserve to request for unlocking my iphone but got this error:

Just a heads up! We're unable to retrieve an unlock code or programming instructions for your Koodo phone. Your account has not been charged an Unlock Fee. If you have questions, please call Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or *611 from your Koodo phone.
I called the number but can't find any option that match my situation. Could you please help?

In order to unlock you need to use technical service. Option no 6

Hey Nam! Just to clarify Robert's comment, a customer service rep can also unlock your iPhone, it doesn't have to be someone from the technical support team. Call in at *611 and choose any of the options, or press 0 a few times to be transfered to an agent quicker :)
