Cannot login Self Serve.

I registered Koodo Self Serve but whenever I do, the Firefox says "The page isn’t redirecting properly." I already validated my email address. I have tried in different browsers and devices, so it seems not my computer's problem.

My name is Sung Su Yeo (I may be registered as Sung Yeo) and the last 4-digit number of my phone number is 9935.

Please let me know if you need any other information to fix this problem.

When you registered for self serve, it it complete the registration successfully?

Also have you tried clearing your browser's cookies?

Sung - I see multiple partially created profiles which may be confusing the system. There does appear to be an active profile linked to a hotmail account, but there's also a second profile that is off by 1 letter - so there may have been a typo while you were creating your profile. If you're still having issues logging in, shoot us a private message on Facebook and we can try to reset your profile.
