Every time I tried to login I am presented with the screen invinting me to change my email address and I cannot see anything else, nor can I 'escape' that screen. I even tried changing my email address back and forth to try to get away wiht it, accessed the link send in the Koodo's email to get back into my account - all to no avail...

You need to call Koodo (*611 on your koodo cell (it's free)

Looks like the system set you up as an Account Manager instead of an Account Owner
