Cannot Find Tab Balance on New Website

Since the website changes, I cannot see what's left on my tab. All I see is how much goes per month towards paying off my tab. How do I actually see how much is left to pay off?

It's on the left hand side in the black area, once you log into to your account.It's the fourth button.

It also on evey bill you get from them.

No longer get a historical statement, just the current value. Suggest you download and keep the last x months' bill in case you want to do detailed tracking.

What do you mean? We still get access to over a years worth of bills. I didn't count how many but lots.

Download as many bills as you need. Under the previous self-serve, clicking on the TAB tab gave you a complete history of your transactions, Koodo credit, extra bits you paid. It was great. Now we have just one jumbo number, have to go thru detailed bill,s and maybe sound like an old Fa*t talking about the way things used to be.

Maybe time to hang em up.

Scroll down the page Bob, they have a bunch of link and one of them is "transaction history". Is that what you mean? They still have that.

I think what he means was the contribution koodo made to the tab every month. A detailed one like in July the contribution is of 5$ and then August you have 25$ from the referral coming in
