Is there a 24/7 tech support phone number ?? My issue is that I cannot download the pdf of the current monthly bill since they changed the self service site.

Press on the "old self-serve" to view your PDF bill

It's not you press Ahmad. It's the e-bill link.

Can you take a screenshot of what error is that you are getting? I have no problem with the download. What browser are you using? There is no 24/7 for koodo except here where we help one another. And do it well.:-)

I use firefox 36.04 and the nitro plugin over windows 7 pro or kparts plugin over mint debian linux.

I 've switched to mint and still no joy with a plugin. Also tried with firefox in "safemode" meaning with out extensions in case I was filtering some needed script.

Odd because I *can* download the pdf's for the older previous month's.

That is odd. Are you getting any error message or just nothing happens?

Nothing happens.

I checked the transaction history and see that the paper version of the current bill has just been mailed.( backup : ) )

I wonder if there is a synchronization delay ?? Meaning the link for the current bill at the website will update in a few days.

I could wait and see. Meanwhile I've submitted some feedback regarding the new and "improved" self-service web-pages.
