Cannot create my self serve account

I was sent a link to my email to create my self serve account, but it only redirects me to an error page. I can't create one via the website either because when asked to confirm with the link through my email that link also redictects to an error page. I tried signing up with another email but it said that my account to was already linked to my original email and needs approbation from it. Problem is I can't sign in with my original email, because it won't let me complete my account.

Not sure why it would send you to an error page when trying to set up a self serve account through the email they sent. This is the proper way to do it. When trying to create an account on your own this creates the other error you received. You have to contact Koodo to fix. Contact link below including Faceook/Twitter if you want to send them a message to fix.
