Cannot connect to internet. Says i have used my allowance but my account allowance is supposed to be unlimited.

I get a message that i have used my monthly allowance. Yet i do not have a limit. So why am i blocked from data?

There is no such thing as unlimited data with Koodo.

I would log on to your self serve to see what overage you may have already incurred.

There also would have been an email informing you that you have gone over by X dollars and to reply to the text if you are ok to continue to go over.

Koodo doesnt offer unlimited data so you do have a limit. Log into your self serve account to check your monthly allotment for data. You can go over this data allotment but after $50 over your allotment you will be sent a text message from Koodo to notify you of this $50 overage and asked to reply if you'd like to continue further.
