Last night, I went and got set up with a Koodo plan as a new customer. The girls at the kiosk walked me through the registration steps. I got a notification saying my account had been registered and I just needed to confirm my email. The link which was emailed to me doesn't work it says 'no account is linked to this profile'.
If I try to register again, I enter my name, account number etc. and it says ' service not available'.
This is a really bad introduction to Koodo- and the ladies at the kiosk informed me that if I call customer service for assistance I will be charged $10...which seems ridiculous as I can't actually 'self serve' yet.
