Yes the emails sometimes come late and are expired. You can try calling Koodo or just wait for them to respond to your Facebook message.

Hi Lan sorry to hear about the trouble.
Facebook is likely the best option at this point, since you've already sent your message (which I do see in queue), and you don't have to wait on hold for someone. Just keep in mind that it's not a live chat, and it typically does take a few hours to get a response, but you will!

Same problem for 3 days now.  Ask to reset the password, verify all the information and wait hours and hours to get an email, that by the time it comes, it expired.  This has happened ever since we signed up with Koodo.  I need to change my card on file.  At this point I'm just going to cancel the card and let the service be suspended because I'm tired of the ridiculousness of this.  It shouldn't take hours and days for a password reset.

You should contact Koodo. Not a good idea to let the account to get suspended. You will still be charged your monthly bill. Plus if you ever do want to get reconnected there will be a $35 connection fee.
Try to make a call with Koodo customer service, Grace. They will help you. It's alot easier than waiting for their email.

@Grace94: If you want to check your account balance quickly while waiting for password reset, you could dial 611 and hit 1. The automated voice will tell you the account balance/amount due.

I am okay with the account being suspended since I can't get the password reset in a timely manner.  They send me a link 16 hours after a password reset request.  For 5 days now.  Everytime I click on the link it's expired.

I don't need to know what my balance is, I know what it is.  I want a simple way to reset my online account password without waiting 16 hours for an expired link.

@Grace94: Then you need to contact Koodo directly to ask them to reset and make a complaint about it. It was strange  to receive the reset email that late.

. I will call in the morning or when I get a chance to after work but really koodo should make it less complicated.

hi Maybelline,
If you saw that error, you would need to contact Koodo directly to get it reset. You could also send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.

You say you need to top up, so are you on a postpaid plan or a prepaid?  Are you sure you are logging in to the right place?
Prepaid https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/
Postpaid https://identity.koodomobile.com/as/authorization.oauth2?pc=true&client_id=unifiedss_koodo&r...

When you are calling in to "top up" why arent you getting Koodo to fix your self serve log in problem? If you are on prepaid you can call *611 and follow the prompts to top up without needing a rep to do it.

Contact Koodo and they will be able to fix your log in problems.
