I forgot my password and wanted to reset it by using the self serve service. I followed the instruction which told me to typed my email address in and answered the security question and then waited for their email. The email was sent a day later when my request had been expired. i kept request for many times but it's totally workless. I texted koodo on facebook and asked for their help but there was not any response. what should i do right now? please help me. Thank you so much.
