cannot call and cannot login my id , email is incorrect although i am receiving koodo signals.

I bought a koodo connection today. I entered all details required on www.activateprepaid.koodomobile.comIn end i got that registration failed. but i received an email from Koodo with prepaid activation details.But now i am calling and every call fails and even i am trying to login via email but it also says that email is wrong.Please help

Hi Hassan,

You will need to contact Koodo with a different phone and explain to them the situation and see if your account did successfully register or not and if so, can reset your self-serve account password so that you can log in and set the base plan for the account. The number you will need to use to contact them is: 1 (866) 995-6636

Do you have WCDMA or 3g enabled in your phone settings? Settings> network> select WCDMA
