I was assured by a girl at the koodo shop that I didn't  have to text, I could add the international roaming package from the website while in Thailand.  I was very adamant she is clear because I could lose thousands of dollars of business every day I'm not able to receive calls to this number.  She assured me.  So I get here and go to the site and it wants me to text... text HOW?!  I dont have an international roaming package yet!  I cant even begin to describe my frustration and disappointment.  No email address to contact anyone, nothing... worst support I have ever encountered in my life.  I'm forced to post this in a forum?  And pray to god I catch someones attention?   I tried just letting it roam and pay whatever it  costs to be able to  send a simple text to get the package, cannot even do that.     Need this sorted ASAP.

You should be able to apply the add=on through the self-serve interface as well, if I recall.

You can contact Koodo on Facebook or Twitter with your inquiry.  How-To: you can send a tweet to @koodo - and one of Koodo’s agents will help take the conversation private, or send them a private message from facebook.com/koodo. Koodo Phone Numbers:  1-866-995-6636, or +1 647-788-4337.  Skype is an inexpensive option to call 1-866-995-6636 from international destinations.

You can also email from the 'Contact Us' section at the bottom the page.

No there is definately not an option on the website, when you click it, it tells you to text. Ill investigate the contact options for email and facebook, thanks

Contact us at the bottom of the page is also useless, it does NOT give an email to contact, it opens the forum to read other peoples questions, do you work for koodo? Im thinking your facebook option will also not be a real option....

You won't see an actual email address. Instead, the link to send an email is setup to gather as much information possible prior to sending your message. You can send an email with or without logging into your self serve account. The preferred method is that you login. Use the second link to start the process of sending an email.

It's my understanding that private messages sent via Facebook are monitored by agents during business hours. Give it a try if you haven't already done so.

If you add the free international voice roaming add on via self serve and restart your phone you should be able to send the text requesting that the international roaming package be added.

I also believe you will need the Pay-Per-Use International Long Distance add-on as well. If the above doesn't work than add this as well.
If you dont see the option to add either of these add-ons and you don't already have them on your account then you will have to contact Koodo to add them for you.

Alright, all sorted, I apologise for my tone, I was literally freaking out over the prospect of losing jobs.  Only took the holiday on the assurance people could still call me no problem.  Rikkster you are right, I only saw the forum on my phone but looking at the page from pc you can get to an email.  Also facebook message does respond and help, they responded just as I was getting help from another agent via call.  Timo I did figure out how to add the free roaming option but unfortunately I got an error response sms, so it didn't work, but luckily it did send a message shortly after giving me the option to call a free number which answered fairly quickly and sorted out my mess.
