Wanna port in my current phone number but I cannot access the Mobile Services page. Even I tried on different computers and my iPhone. But it doesn't work.
Previously my current account had the same email address with the old cancelled one. Then I got an email which requires me to change the email address. Now I'm using a new email address and I see a few balances there(from PM rebate).
I think you are going to have to call them to have the old cancelled account totally removed from being associated with the new one. This is why your self serve account is not letting you see everything properly. Or a rep might stop by here and be able to fix it for you.
