My plans and add ons won't open

Yes I can log on.look at my data usage and billing etc...but when I open the plans and add on tab an error keeps coming up saying it's not available.

I can log into my account. But i cannot access my plan. Error occurs.  I suspect the same issues with self serve accessing and changing plans. Still not working,,

Same problem here. Can log in, but cannot see account information ( get a yellow screen) and cannot purchase data add ons. Obviously an ongoing issue.

I have no problem to see my account info.
Were you able to see your account info before?
Can you try clearing your browsers history and cache, or try to log in from different browser?

Thanks, clearing the history did the trick. Looks like the email address for login is case sensitive. Odd as e-mail addresses are never case sensitive when sending mail.

Your email address as 'Username' for self serve is not case sensitive. :-) You can try it and see yourself Drdogca.
