Call customer service, 1-866-995-6636, option 5. Your account got registered wrong in self serve and you are an account manager instead of account owner.

When you log into your self serve account, can you see "overview" "Billing" "Usage" Tabs? You will see current balance under overview and you can access to your e-bill under Billing tab.
I do not see overview, billing .... but Timo do I need to pay the customer service because its outside of my area or its free? (I'm from Québec)

There is no charge to call customer service. The only reason there are fees at all is to encourage people to use self serve. Charging to fix problems with self serve would be counterproductive.
