Cancelling of a phone plan

I would like to cancel my daughter's phone and phone plan. She misplaced or lost her phone about 1 month ago and I don't want to continue paying for a plan that we are not using. How do I go about cancelling her phone.

Call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 from any phone and request to cancel your account. They will give you all the details like any overages, pay-per-use charges and any applicable tab balance

One thing. Did you suspend her phone service when she lost her phone?
Because you are liable for charges if someone else has been using her phone...

If she lost her phone, you should really report the loss via Self Serve or you can call. Also, if you want to cancel, you will have to call Customer Care. Good luck! :)

Instead of cancelling you could always replace the phone. There are used phones on kijiji/craigslists and even Koodo sells pre-owned devices
