Cancelling pre-authorized payment for an app

I am paying $4.99 per month for an NFL app that I no longer want. It automatically comes out of my VISA account every month. How do I cancel it?

It has nothing to do with Koodo. You should contact the NFL to unsubscribe.

To cancel your monthly subscription, you can send an e-mail to audiopass.support@nfl.com, call customer support at (407)-936-0867 between the hours of 10:00 am and 10:00 pm ET, chat with a customer support representative by clicking the "Online Chat" button in the upper-right corner of the FAQ http://audiopass.support.nfl.com, or use the online form found on your "My Account" page. Cancellation will become effective as of the next monthly billing cycle following receipt
