cancelling mobile is frustrating

I have been trying to cancel my mobile and have been on mobile for four days!. been on hold for more than four hours and still no answer ..getting frustrated and will never recommend this company again. how do I cancel by not calling

Unfortunately, that is the only way to cancel the account directly.

If you're switching to a different provider, have them port your number from Koodo. This will cancel your account and you'll keep your existing number. You can do this even if you've already signed up with someone else.
