Cancelling line... how? lines way too busy

been trying to cancel my lines for three days + now.. and the lines are so busy their IVR stinks big time like u can't get to any department because of the promo .. so before filing a complaint with the ccts anyone to get a call back or something..

Did IVR gave you an option to call you back?  Were you able to leave your number?
If you port out your number to different carrier, then your line will be canceled.  But contacting them is the only way to cancel if you just need to close your account.

You can try calling them again tomorrow,  or send them PM through FB and tell them you couldn't get through CS to canceling your service.

I wish, I waited 2 hours, ,than it hung up on me, saying no one is available.. than during work I figured id try again.. another 2 hours wait.. not even a prompt to call back... i do recall those prompts prior to the 60$ 10gb plan..

I sent them a fb message on the day I wanted to cancel even by chance someone would respond not a chance.. 

Don't get me wrong. I understand busy, but all these carriers are getting hammered with these plans but, and this is a big but, they all forgot the other things customers might need. Unacceptable not just koodo but all of them. 

And some i blame with the fact that people had to talk to cancellation instead of giving the plan to existing and new customers, people had to threaten to cancel tying up more time on the phone and queues.

Is there a phone number to contact them on to cancel. I didn't find anything
