Hi There.

I cancelled my service with Koodo in September 2017 when I left Canada and I am still being charged.

I cancelled my service in store in Whistler. I am shocked to receive emails telling me I still have outstanding phone bills with koodo.

I want to pay what I owe up until September 2017. (Which I thought I had paid in full) I was assured by the sales person I had paid my bills and cancelled my service. Which was on a month to month basis. Please let me know how much I owe as of September 2017 and make sure you cancel my service.

Is there a number I can call from Australia to discuss this with one of your representatives?

You can call 1-866-995-6366. You can also send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter as they are able to handle cancellations if you are out of country. Whichever you prefer. You can use VoIP to call so you don't get charged or only minimally so.

Hi lauren,
After cancellation there might be another bill for any outstanding charges (overages, Tab balance...) of the last month before cancellation. I think it could be the one.
For calling Koodo, you could try the number 1 (866) 995-6636. You could also sending message to their facebook to check on your account.

@Lauren, cancellation cannot be done at stores I'm afraid. The last payment we received from you did not cover the outstanding amount which subsequently carried forward.  In December an email was sent regrading the amount. Pls contact us if you no longer have that email with the dollar amount.

I canceled my service in December 2017. Why Koodo is still charging the month of January 2018? I did not have any service with koodo from January 1st,  2018. Please send me e-mail, **********@******.com. I have received from you koodo about my cancelation. my no ***-***-****.

You can find my bills name on the  Koodo account. You can send me to email If you want to review my account invoice.  Please send me -email with a new invoice.

You have to contact them like you have been told numerous times. You think the bill is wrong. They don't. Call them or go through Facebook.

Chris also said he tried to find your Koodo account but the name you have on here didn't match with anything. Koodo just auto generates bills. They need to verify who you are before talking to you about your bill. This is not difficult. You're not going to get an email and if you don't want it o eventually go to collections out of extreme stubbornness, swallow some pride over a trivial matter and just send a message. Its up to you and your credit score and money not mine. That's all. Good day.

How come, you do not find an account on koodo. You have an e-mail address I have received an e-mail about the cancellation and phone number. If you review that, you can see my name easily. You have already sent me the last invoice for about $40 dollars. I will verifier with them by calling as well. Something is not right here. It is your company a good reputation. If you do not find an account for the payments. That's mean, I do not have any due on mine account. I How do I pay my payments if they do not send my new invoice?
