Cancelled Order for Phone

I cancelled and order for a phone, and 3 weeks later I STILL show a tab balance. Why is it still there? I own my current phone outright and don't have a Tab. How long until it's fixed? Customer service is giving me vague answers.

Wait until you have received a bill, and if the tab is not corrected then contact Koodo by phone.

Hey there! Did you originally order the phone from the store or online? If it was at the store you would need to go back there.  If it was online they would fix the Tab once they receive  your phone back. Did you send your phone back to them?  Keep us posted!

It was online. I cancelled the order before it even was sent out and they say it's a "technical issue" I'm very frustrated!!!!
