I cancelled my prepaid cell phone in store AND made sure the final bill was completely paid in February. Apparently they have no notes from when I went into the kiosk to cancel it. I moved away from Canada mid February, now after 4 months I just got an email (first email) saying I have $299 outstanding. Can somebody direct me how to solve this problem. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A CELL PHONE THAT I CANCELLED 4 MONTHS AGO. How do I go about settling the balance.
