Cancelled Billing

I recently transferred my mobile phone number to Public Mobile and when I successfully did this I went and looked back at my account to see if there is any billing left. When I got to the account overview it says I do not have a balance owing. However when I click on view my bill it says that I have a negative balance that is a different number than my normal billing payment. What could this number mean in this case?

Oh I see thank you. If I still have my credit card on file will the automatically send the rebate through the credit card or will I have to manually request that they send the cheque. If I do need to request them directly, how exactly should I do so?

@Anthony: I don't think they rebate through your credit card, they would send you a cheque for the credit, if you are eligible.

Normally if your account was closed, they would automatically send the credit  to your home address on their file. If you don't see it, you need to contact them directly and ask for it.

@Anthony, you have to manually request that they send you a cheque. They wont send you anything if you dont request. Contact links below. They like you to contact them through Facebook/Twitter but not sure if that will work in this case as you have to call them to cancel service.
