cancellation process

Hi
I cancelled my tab plan two months age, but I did not received any bill from koodoo. Today, I found that I was charged for the last two months. I payed the tab and want to make sure the cancellation process is done.

Call customer service and make sure you actually cancelled the account not just paid off your tab as its 2 totally different things.
