Cancellation Fees and Windows Phones - Question

I am currently with Bell Mobility with 2 phones both having contracts that expire in October. Both my wife and I have galaxy S3s. She would like to upgrade to something newer, and I would like to switch to a Windows phone. 2 questions:

-We can't afford to pay out our two cancellation fees right now. (Totalling about $300 between the two phones) So we are forced to wait until October. Any ideas on how we can shorten this, or avoid the fee somehow? I was willing to stay with Bell if they would waive the fees and let us upgrade, but they won't unfortunately.
-Are there any other phones available with Koodo other than the Lumia 635?

You can try selling your contract through a service like CellClients, CellSwapper or Cell Plan Depot (see http://whatsyourtech.ca/2010/05/13/ho... for background).

Koodo unfortunately doesn't offer any other Windows phones, but you can buy unlocked ones at the Microsoft store. I just picked up a BLU Win HD for $149+tax and it seems to work well. Apart from that, the Lumia 635 seems to be the only other Windows phone in this price range at the MS store - next level up would be the Lumia 830 but that costs $549.
