Cancellation fees and promotion fees?

On a 2 year contract, very upset! Originally i started off 4 years ago, ended up cancelling for increase amounts my father's health is declining so i wound up a primary holder on his account, not authorized it is his account, anywho i've been trying to get removed off of his account without cancelling his services but i somehow end up paying $117.92 every month and i can't even access my online account cause he is the authorized user, any ideas as to a fee for cancelling services atop of promotions? Thank you.

Is your father able to transfer ownership to you? I'm not following if you're a primary account holder but still cannot cancelled your line. You can still get into self-serve so long as you have the email and password for it. Can you speak with your father to do it?
