I want to cancel the plan I have with Koodo, and of course cancel payments also. My son's phone is broken and he wants to choose a new carrier.

You can just call Koodo and request a cancellation of the account as long as you are the account owner.

As Marcus said, Call Customer Service, then the Support Team will be more than happy to explain everything to you and take a look into options if you want to continue as a client... Tell us over the phone what you would like to have and there are chances that we will be able to accommodate you with something good...
