No. You would need to call Koodo for that kind of request. 1-866-995-6636 option 5. Any reason you wish to share why you want to cancel?

I only live here part time and am going back to the UK. I don't think it is worth paying to keep my number as I'm not sure when I'll be back. I've had good service from Komodo though.

Hi there Simon... You account will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle, then you will receive the final bill where you should see the remaining TAB if you have one and also any overusage made during the billing cycle if any... As Tyler C said, call Customer Service, then the Support Team will explain everything to you in detail...

My daughter had much the same situation - she was studying for one term in the UK, overseas from January to July. Customer service was very understanding - offered seasonal hold at a reduced rate. I will sign her up again in the fall!

I have tried and tried to call koodo and can not get through..today I waited on the phone on hold for 2 hours and got no where. I want to cancel my phone service as I do not live in Canada and the person I spoke to said if I didn't get through today they are open till midnight.. I called at 10 pm to find out they are closed.. I will not recommend koodo to anyone

Not sure what number you dialed to be on hold for 2 hrs. I've been taking tech support calls since 3:30 pm ET and there hasn't been a wait of more than 5 minutes all day.

I called 611 from my cell and someone said they had to put me through to the department that could only do disconnect. I am in Florida and wanted to cancel or put my service on hold but this guy said he had to transfer me. I told him two hours was unacceptable and I had no more time. He also told me they were open till midnight which wasv another lie. I spoke with a Philip from Montreal who said he would call back never did then another person and was put on hold. My billing date started again today so I wanted to cancel yesterday. Im not impressed and this is not how you do business. I have dealt with several companies and cell companies have never been closed why loosing? Tell me how I can get someone today please.

thank you and I called and it said opens at 10 am. I am sorry for my troubles with Koodo it just makes me double think if I really want to use Koodo when I get back. Bad taste in my mouth. I cant believe someone would let me wait two hours on hold to cancel my plan.

Two hours is madness! Funny enough Koodo does win almost every year for having best customer service... this either says a lot about the OTHERS or you had the one rotten apple :) Have fun in Florida, I'm jealous :)

That's weird that you're getting a message that we're not open until 10 AM, 'cause we're open right now.

Did you select option 5 or option 0? Sometimes 0 is a bit wonky, so pick 5 to talk to a customer service rep.

Obviously they want to frustrate you so that you hang up and give up cancelling. That's an old phone center trick. Then they can make more money. Sneaky.
