I placed an order on Sunday, March 11. I understand that it may take 10 business days or more to be processed. It may be too long to replace my current phone so I would like to cancel my online order and just go in-person to a kiosk. I sent an email request for cancellation, but haven't received a response. Seeing that some orders have been cancelled in previous threads on this forum, could you please cancel mine?
