Hello. I ordered a SIM card for the Public Mobile promo last week. The last email I received stated the account is still being verified. If I simply go into store can I upgrade there instead? I don’t want to be double charged but I’m out of town in the next few days and would rather get it done for sure rather than hope my sim arrives in time. If so, will it automatically cancel the order I put online once I have ported my PM number in? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Raju,
I don't think they will automatically cancel your order. You could send a message to webstore email to cancel your order (or leave a voicemail to their number). The webstore will cancel it.

You then go to the store and do it yourself at a Koodo kiosk (or bestbuy/wallmart...)
