I thought I cancelled my account a couple month ago, yet I still got charged for the service. I just paid for a plan I'm not using anymore. How can I cancel it and what should I do? Is there any chance I could get that money reimbursed?

Your best bet will be to call Koodo Customer Service and get them to look into your account, as here on the community we don't have access to that kind of information.
