I am on Canada-Wide Talk + Text 25 Dbl. Why when you click on 'plan' on self serve, then under services it says 7pm evenings and weekends but on the bill it's 9pm evening and weekends?

Hi Silvie,

Does it say 9pm or does it say 19:00? :) There is no 9pm evening plan so you can be certain it's 7pm... just wondering what it says exactly.

9pm. for example on my latest bill a call at 20:34 still had a D by it, indicating daytime minutes.

Strange!! There was actually somebody else who said the same thing but they never gave feedback whether it said 19:00 or 9 PM, thanks for doing so.

I'm sure it's nothing, but you're best off to give Koodo a call (*611) and ask :)

just talked to customer service, it's actually a mistake on the website. I have 7pm evenings after all, and like you said there are no 9pm evening plans.
