The Canada wide 20 plan is no longer offered, which is why you can't find a break down.

You can call in and have someone review your plan.

Any call that you make or receive, will use your airtime minutes. When you run out of minutes, you are charged an overage rate.

was the plan ever unlimited calling after 7pm and free weekends. I am sure that's what it was and I was not notified of the changes in plan. If that's the case koodo just royally fucked me

The plan itself did not change, though there have been different versions of the $20 plan, which is why it's difficult to pin down the one that you specifically have, which is why I recommended calling in and have someone go over your plan.

No, this plan never included unlimited evenings and weekends. There was an earlier $20 plan without CD/VM that did, but not this one.

If you go to Self Serve and just say that you are switching your plan or whatever, can't you see the details of what your plan offers there? You don't even have to call Customer Care...
