This month my bill says I have used over my 1091 free minutes, and is charging me $102.50 extra (I have the cheapest $29 plan). My plan says I have free Canada wide long distance calling. All calls were made from and received in Ontario. Are they pulling this number, "1091", out of their asses and trying to scam me out of my money?

If you have same plan with me,your plan includes 200 minutes.
If you go over 200 minutes, you get charge for airtime minutes which is $0.5/min.
So you must went over your anytime minutes by 205 minutes, that's why you get charged of $102.50. Check your E-bill for overage on page 3 for detail.
It's not long distance charge.

"Free" Canada wide calling is not what you thought was "unlimited" canada wide calling. I don't know how it is advertised, but it includes FREE calling. For example, before you got charged if you made a call to Vancouver from Toronto. You got charged for a long distance call. Right now, those call are free, but they use your airtime minutes though
