I have an old telus ICQ Touch that is no longer active and with to upload the files on my Windows 7 computer. I seem to recall just pulling it in and it becoming a new drive designation, however when I try now, I get the tone that a device has been connected, and Windows reported installing device drivers however there is no new drive designation.

Take a look in your settings for mass storage mode. If applicable

Many thanks Chad, I look under settings on the phone for sd card and phone storage and found no option, downloaded the manual and no info in there to that respect. Where would I find that option?

"if applicable". Not all phones have this option so he was just suggesting that you check. If you didn't find it in those settings, then the INQ doesn't have the option.
